Using Dualkind

Dualkind helps you select product configurations and schedule actions using events and objectives you define. You remain responsible for the choices you make available, the accuracy and lawfulness of submitted data, your users’ permissions, and messages sent by your integrations. You must have authority to act for the business whose account you create. Keep credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access.

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, abusive messaging, deceptive practices, unauthorized access, or collecting data without an appropriate legal basis. Do not submit payment-card details, passwords, or sensitive personal data as event properties. We may restrict activity that threatens users, other customers or the service.

Subscriptions

Launch costs €19 per month for up to 100,000 sessions and five projects. Growth costs €59 per month for up to 1,000,000 sessions and 25 projects. Prices exclude applicable tax, which is shown at checkout. A metered session is a distinct project, visitor and session identifier within a UTC calendar month. Account allowances are shared across projects; unused allowance does not roll over.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Use billing settings to manage or cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless checkout or applicable law provides otherwise. Reaching an allowance can prevent new sessions or projects; existing sessions can still record their outcomes. Payment and transaction terms shown by Stripe Managed Payments at checkout also apply. Contact support about billing errors or refund requests. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights.

Your data and configuration

You retain rights to your submitted data and configurations. You authorize us to process them to provide, maintain and secure your service. Export your configuration as JSON from the editor. Contact support for account data access, deletion or help ending your use of the service. We do not claim that deleting an account automatically deletes records a payment provider must retain.

Results and availability

Learning is experimental and depends on your traffic, available choices and measurement design. We do not promise a revenue increase, a conversion rate, or uninterrupted availability. Statistical associations are not proof of a setting’s independent effect. Review results and set appropriate limits before applying changes or sending messages. Maintain your own product defaults and backups.

We may update the service and these terms. Material subscription changes will be communicated before they apply. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Portuguese law applies, subject to mandatory protections applicable to you.
